HA1-02: FULL DAY CITY & MY SON TOUR
 In the morning, take a private car from HoiAn Town to My Son Holy Land. Back to HoiAn for lunch. After the relax, it is light excursion to go around tiny town of HoiAn for city tour: 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants' house. HA1-04: VIETNAM LIFE IN HOIAN
A great time to discover daily life at a Lantern making workshop and Tra Que Village.
 Depart from your hotel at 9:00 am, take a bicycle ride to a craftsman’s house in an old street of HoiAn. Learn about the daily life of HoiAn people and see how they make lanterns. You can make one by yourself and keep it as a souvenir. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, continue biking to Tra Que Vegetable Village, walk around a vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land, fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake, raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities. Then spend the rest time to learn how to prepare ‘Tam Huu' spring roll & banh xeo with your host.
Ride back to your hotel by bike. End of tour.

HA1-05: SAVOUR HOIAN
 Come to the Hai Scout Café to meet the Chef. Then go buy the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. After the market visit, you board a Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Thu Bon River to the Red Bridge Cooking School.
On arrival, explore the school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoian’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which are a mix of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson lasts about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chefs, before you prepare the same dish by yourself. The class also contains a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked. Then the boat will take you back to HoiAn Town. End of tour.
