1. Are there seat belts on your car/van/bus?
All of our vehicles used will have seat belts for you. Though seat belts are not compulsory in Vietnam, we suggest you use them for your safety.
Tip: Public transportation like local buses or trains might not have seat belts on their seats.

2. Internal transportation, are your drivers qualified?
We use our own vehicles and also contracted transportation. All of them must have met our standards including: nationally certified driver’s license and maintenance skills, as well as hospitality and tourism skills. Further, the majority of our drivers can speak English.

3. How are the cars, jeeps, vans, minibus and coach like in Vietnam? Are they safe?
Our standard of vehicles we use for travel & tourism must be new and not more than 5 years old. This is not only for your comfort but also for environmental protection. There are four main vehicle types being used now: Toyota, Mercedes, Ford, Honda, aside from these we sometimes use Nissan and BMW.
For those who have traveled to Vietnam in the past may remember the old Russian jeeps used for the Northwest and Northeast loop. We have stopped using them because of safety and environmental reasons.
